At NextDayStanleyCup, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be in the original packaging, including any tags or accessories.

Please contact us at nextdaystanleycup@gmail.com before returning any items. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the product is damaged or used, a partial refund or denial may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or personalized products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
